Sophie is an Australian-trained Physiotherapist with a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and helping people get back to the activities they enjoy. Originally from Adelaide, she graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2021 before beginning her career at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, where she worked across a range of inpatient and outpatient settings.
Her experience at the Royal Adelaide Hospital provided a broad clinical foundation and allowed her to work with people at different stages of their recovery. Through this experience, she developed a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and enjoys combining hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation. She has a special interest in soft tissue therapy and takes a personalised, goal-focused approach to helping patients build strength, confidence, and function.
Now based in the UK, Sophie is HCPC and CSP registered. She believes physiotherapy is about more than simply treating an injury and enjoys working with each patient to understand their individual goals and develop a plan that fits their lifestyle. Whether it’s returning to running, getting back to the gym or sport, or simply moving more comfortably day-to-day, her focus is on helping people feel confident in their recovery and get back to doing what they enjoy.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and exploring the UK, running, gym classes, finding good coffee spots, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends.
