Aadesh

Physiotherapist

Aadesh is a dedicated and enthusiastic physiotherapist at Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy, bringing a genuine passion for human movement, recovery, and performance to every patient he sees. With experience across both clinical and sports environments, he is committed to delivering evidence-based, athlete-centred care that helps people move better, recover faster, and return stronger.

Aadesh’s clinical background is broad and enriching. He has worked pitch-side with Burnley Football Club and Hunslet ARLFC, gaining hands-on experience managing acute injuries and supporting athletes across youth, amateur, and semi-professional levels. His sports physiotherapy work spans the full rehabilitation journey — from initial injury assessment and return-to-play protocols through to longer-term injury prevention strategies. Alongside his sports focus, Aadesh has extensive experience in MSK rehabilitation, including post-operative recovery and managing musculoskeletal conditions in elderly patients, developed during his time working in Mumbai.

He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam College of Physiotherapy, Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences in India, and a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Leeds Beckett University — a combination that underpins his dual expertise in clinical rehabilitation and sports medicine.

Aadesh’s varied experiences across different settings and patient populations have only deepened his belief in personalised, evidence-led care. Whether working with a post-operative patient rebuilding confidence or an athlete pushing for peak performance, his focus remains the same: understanding each individual’s goals and helping them achieve them.
