Yes. We accept most major providers, including BUPA, Cigna, WPA, Healix and Allianz. Check your policy for any excess or referral requirements before booking, and let the team know your provider when you call.
Yes — you’re not tied to one location. Patients registered with us can be seen at whichever clinic in the network suits them best for a particular appointment.
Wandsworth Town is our flagship site and offers the fullest range of services in the network, including physiotherapy, osteopathy, podiatry, diagnostic ultrasound, ultrasound guided injections and both radial and focused shockwave therapy. Women’s and men’s health, vestibular physio and TMJ physio are also available.
Radial shockwave spreads energy more broadly across a wider area and is generally used for larger or more superficial areas of tissue, while focused shockwave delivers energy to a more precise depth and point — often preferred for well-defined tendon problems. Wandsworth Town is the only clinic in our network offering both, so if your physiotherapist recommends focused shockwave specifically, this is where that treatment is carried out.
Yes, currently Wandsworth Town is our only site offering a full podiatry service. If you’re based nearer to Putney, Clapham Junction, Battersea or Chelsea, you’re welcome to travel here for podiatry appointments specifically.
