For those recovering from injury or surgery, we offer:

Wandsworth Physio 473

🏥 Upper & Lower Limb Rehab with Nuzhat & Khush – These small group physio-led classes (max 4:1 ratio) are ideal if you’re recovering from:
• Total hip or knee replacements
• ACL surgery (pre or post)
• Fractures or major joint procedures
• Significant sprains or strains

Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:30pm and Saturday 12:30-1:30pm.

Pilates

💪 Pilates with Kirsty & Shreya – Core-focused, low-impact classes designed to improve mobility, posture and strength.

>> Tuesday 6-7pm, Thursday 11am-12noon, Friday 10:30-11:30am and Saturday 10:30-11:30am

Yoga

🧘 Vinyasa Yoga with Kiiti – A dynamic flow class to build strength and find calm through movement.

>> Tuesday 12noon-1pm,  Wednesday, 6-7pm Friday 6-7pm, Saturday 9-10am and Sunday 9-10am.

🧘‍♀️ Hatha Yoga with Prarthi – A gentle, grounding practice perfect for improving flexibility, posture and mindfulness.

>> Tuesday 8-9am.
