Anti-wrinkle treatment (BOTOX)
Our facial appearance is partly genetically predetermined due to our unique collagen and elastin production, but is also influenced by our exposure to sunlight, pollution, and affected by things such as smoking and a poor diet. The muscles in our face determine our facial expressions, as we age this can create wrinkles in the skin, combined with the loss of fatty tissue (facial fat pads) in the face this can lead to the signs of ageing. Botox injections in Wandsworth can help soften the appearance the lines and wrinkles.
What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers consist of hyaluronic acid which is a glycosaminoglycan with exceptional water binding capacity (approximately 1000 times as dry weight). Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body and is found in the joints and skin. In the skin it helps to restore and enhance facial contours for a more youthful looking appearance. Dermal filler and lip filler injections in Wandsworth helps to replace lost volume in certain areas of the face.
What is micro-needling?
Micro-needling in Wandsworth is a revolutionary skincare treatment that aims to lift, tighten and rejuvenate the skin. Micro-needling is performed using a derma pen, a handheld device with a tip full of fine needles that is designed to be used at home or in-clinic by a medical professional. The needles are quickly and repeatedly inserted into the skin at a depth of 0.5 to 2.5mm, creating 100’s if not 1000’s of tiny puncture wounds into the upper layers of the skin. These tiny puncture wounds create micro-trauma in the skin and stimulate growth factors and fibroblasts in the dermis to produce more connective tissues – collagen and elastin.
What is cosmetic acupuncture?
Cosmetic acupuncture uses Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory and techniques to enhance wellbeing and lifestyle in order to promote and maintain a reduction in the signs of ageing. It is a medical acupuncture treatment using acupuncture points on the body, in the ears and on the face to have a beneficial effect on the skin and complexion of the face.
Facial acupuncture creates micro-punctures to the skin surface. As a consequence, the repair process releases numerous growth and healing factors that stimulate new collagen to be deposited under the surface of the skin. It also stimulates and enhances blood and lymph flow in the face, both of which can reduce the appearance of bags, lines and wrinkles.

Really good therapist, doing a mix of techniques to relieve pain, and also really empathetic. She id also specialised in sports, which means she was able to advise on how I can continue my regular workouts, despite my pain. I am always looking forward to my sessions here and I can see great progress with my injury. 10/10 would recommend!
