Brilliant all round experience. After sustaining a marathon injury during training Wandsworth Physiotherapy managed to fit me in the next day and was back up and running within 2 weeks after three 30 minute sessions.  I had one appointment with Andreas to deal with my lower back issue that surfaced after an uncomfortable 12 hour flight, a couple of weeks ago. It’s my first time in London, and I was doing lots of sightseeing, but I couldn’t walk longer than 10 minutes without my back hurting. I had to sit down and stretch my back or squat in the middle of the street 😅

The treatment itself was quite quick - only 20 min. But it really helped! Andreas also sent me an exercise program which I only did once the following morning, but ever since then I no longer have had issues walking for long periods of time. It’s a miracle!
