Andreas Petrou
Senior Osteopath & Massage Therapist
Since qualifying as an osteopath Andreas has developed a very keen interest in helping people with both sudden onset and longer term back and neck pain.
Andreas is able to get remarkable results combining his skills as an osteopath, his wealth of experience as a massage therapist and his more recent training in acupuncture and Pilates. He gets great satisfaction taking people from being in pain and using osteopathy, through to rehabilitating people back to their normal routine using Pilates.
Andreas also has a Master’s degree in general psychology that helps him truly understand each person’s journey from pain and dysfunction back to normal movement and a life with reduced or no pain.
When he is not treating back pain, Andreas loves working with older people helping them improve mobility and function through osteopathy and Pilates and also has an interest in helping runners overcome injury and take part in their event.
Andreas is a registered osteopath with GOsC and member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
Andreas does structural osteopathy (sports and spinal injuries), massage, acupuncture, shockwave and Pilates.
Andreas works Tuesday evening, Thursday morning and evening, Friday evening, and Saturday at Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy.
Beatrice Iancu
Osteopath & Women's Health Specialist
Beatrice studied at the European School of Osteopathy here in the UK. She is trained in, and uses a combination of structural, cranial and visceral osteopathy to help with the treatment and management of shoulder pain, neck pain and headaches, osteoarthritis and back pain.
Beatrice has a specialist interest in pre and post natal health, helping people with pelvic girdle pain, back and sciatica, and rib pain experienced during pregnancy, as well as helping new mums recover from giving birth. Beatrice also has training in paediatric osteopathy helping babies with feeding and winding issues and general unrest.
After graduating Beatrice trained in Pilates Matwork and uses this in conjunction with osteopathy to ensure a speedy recovery in her patients and a balanced approach to wellness, as well as involving patients in their own treatment plan. She tailors every treatment according to patients’ goals and needs, and she always considers the psychological and physical impact that pain has on each persons wellbeing.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, travelling, pilates and martial arts.
Beatrice is registered with the GOsC and member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
Beatrice works Monday afternoon and evening, Tuesday morning, Thursday morning and Friday morning at Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy.
Christina Bendandi
Chartered Physiotherapist
Christina is an enthusiastic and caring Physiotherapist with a background in sports and deep tissue massage. She has a keen interest in the bodies function as a hole with a focus on functional improvement, relaxation, and pain relief. She makes strong bonds with her clients and tailor’s sessions to their specific needs.
Upon graduating from in a Scandinavian international university for physiotherapy she returned to UK to continue her career. Throughout the pandemic she has worked with a verity of high-risk individuals on a personal and professional level giving her a high emotional intelligence and ability to discuss sensitive matters. She has a strong desire to get people back to doing what they love and takes great joy in achieving this.
Christina is a registered physiotherapist with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. She also dose sports, deep tissue, tension release massage therapy.
Christina works Monday & Wednesday afternoons and evenings, and Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings at Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy.
Jack Lidyard
Senior Podiatrist
Jack has worked in all aspects of Podiatry from diabetic and wound care clinics, nail surgery and reconstruction, rehab and post-surgery care including acupuncture, ultrasound and laser therapies. He has a keen interest in improving the environment for the foot to function in and uses a plantar pressure and plantar force platform to make sure we analyse the correct data to ensure this, therefore allowing insole/orthotic prescription manufacture and adjustment to achieve specific targeted results.
Jack Lidyard qualified from Brighton University as a Podiatrist in 2008 and immediately began working with athletes from an amateur to national level. Jack is experienced in all aspects of Podiatry, from wound care clinics, to nail surgery & reconstruction, to rehab & post surgery care including acupuncture, ultrasound and laser therapies.

Kim Stanford
Senior Chartered Physiotherapist
Kim is a compassionate and holistic Physiotherapist, who draws upon a wealth of experience from both her background in elite sport and her specialist training in a large NHS Foundation trust.
Kim started her career as a Biomechanics and Sports Performance Analyst for a large Australian Sports Institute in 2011, working with a vast number of athletes. During this time she gained qualifications in Strength & Conditioning coaching and became an experienced Sports Massage Therapist. It was her drive to help people of all walks for life which brought Kim back to University in 2015 to complete her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. Her specialist research area upon completing her Master’s degree was in foot mechanics, for which she received an academic excellence award for.
She has a special interest in sports Injury rehabilitation and tendinopathy management, but also has experience in Obstetric Physiotherapy & ante-natal exercise including pregnancy related MSK complaints including LBP, sciatica and PGP, post C-Section and delivery care rehabilitation including pelvic muscle floor training, 1st-3rd degree tear and eipisiotomy aftercare and DRA assessment and management.
She is an active member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, the Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, and is registered with the Health & Care Professionals Council. When she’s not fulfilling her passion in helping her patients reach their goals, Kim can usually be found diving into a functional fitness competition, or enjoying a number of outdoor sports.
Kim delivers Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, and Sports Massage Therapy and Women’s Health appointments at Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy. She is available on Mondays 8am-4pm and an alternating bi-monthly Friday 6-8:30pm evening or Saturday 9am-1pm.

Steve Hines
Clinical Director, Chartered Physiotherapist & Nutritional Therapist
Steve is a highly sought after chartered physiotherapist and the Clinical Director at Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy.
Steve began his career in 1999 after graduating with a degree in sport science. Initially working out of a gym Steve helped people lose weight and look better through personal training. He quickly found that many gym goers suffered from niggling injuries that hampered their progress in the gym. A keen interest in helping people overcome their pain and injury led Steve to study physiotherapy.
After graduating in 2005 Steve worked in the NHS for 18 months before being recruited to work for Fulham FC as a physiotherapist. Steve’s keen interest in helping people with sports injury led him to establish his own physiotherapy practice where he is able to apply all he has learned at the elite level of sport and apply that to amateur athletes and regular gym goers. Steve has been working solely in private practice since 2013 and now specialises in ultrasound imaging, ultrasound guided injections and shockwave therapy.
Steve does physiotherapy (sports injuries and spinal injuries), ultrasound imaging, ultrasound guided injections, acupuncture, shockwave and nutrition (Nutritional Therapy and Sports Nutrition) and works most days at Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy.

Wilson Mbutu
Senior Physiotherapist
Wilson is a physiotherapist who has wide experience in musculoskeletal, sports injury and Neuro physiotherapy. After studying in the Netherlands and working in his home country of Kenya, Wilson has been practising both in the NHS and private health settings in the UK for the last 5 years. Outside work, Wilson enjoys running 5Ks.
Wilson delivers Physiotherapy and Sports Massage Therapy at Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy. He is available on Mondays, Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays 6-9pm.
Anil Umer
Massage Therapist and Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist
Anil is a soft tissue and functional movement specialist with a passionate interest in helping people overcome chronic musculoskeletal issues.
Through using a combination of hands-on techniques and corrective exercise, Anil has helped a wide variety of patients out of pain and back to function. Clients Anil has successfully treated include musicians from the top London Orchestras and Conservatoires, professional dancers, and elite athletes.
Having overcome a serious chronic shoulder injury, as well as hip and Achilles issues, Anil has a unique understanding of injury and rehabilitation. As a professional cellist and keen amateur sportsman (Anil has competed nationally in Judo), Anil is also able to empathise with the emotional strain of not being able to participate and perform due to injury.
Anil trained at the London School of Sports Massage and holds diplomas in Functional Movement Screening and Corrective Exercise, as well as qualifications from Oxford University and the Royal Academy of Music.
Anil works Friday afternoon and evening and Sunday at Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy. Anil does relaxing Swedish and sports massage.
Ermelinda Doci
Massage Therapist
Ermelinda is a happy and highly motivated physiotherapist, able to communicate effectively and sensitively with her patients.
She loves making people feel better and is passionate about helping people live life to the full.
Qualified in physiotherapy from the University of East London Ermelinda is ready for the next stage in her career and loves making a significant contribution as a physiotherapist to help people improve the mobility, reduce their pain and get them back to what they love doing most..
Ermelinda works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning at Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy.
Ermelinda does massage therapy.
Shruti Srivastava
Massage Therapist
Shruti qualified as a Massage Therapist from City Lit and as a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher from Sampoorna in Goa, India as well as qualifications from Goldsmiths, University of London and Kingston University.
Shruti previously worked in the legal sector for 15 years and understands the pressures of working in the City. Having overcome a serious knee injury from a skiing accident in 2012 requiring three leg operations, Shruti gained first hand experience managing her own rehabilitation while continuing to work in a desk-based role. A combination of burnout and a desire to help others manage self-care inspired Shruti to change career and she combines her love of yoga and massage working on retreats and running online yoga booking platform Yoga mapp.
Shruti offers relaxing Swedish massage and Deep Tissue massage at Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and alternate Sundays.

Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please respect our Physiotherapists and Osteopaths and give them more than 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation charge and may affect future appointments that we are able to offer you.
